Mexican-inspired commerce transformation

Taco Bell is an American chain of quick service restaurants, serving Mexican-inspired foods such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, novelty and speciality items. They came to us in need of a full-service partner who could deliver an omni-channel experience across Web, Tablet, Mobile, App and Point-of-Sale systems. Coming fresh off of a rebrand of their marketing materials, Taco Bell found themselves at the crossroads of having an inconsistent identity across their digital properties, as well as the underlying technology that supported those properties insufficently equipped to handle the speed and volume necessary to run their operations.

My role was to closely partner with Product Management and Engineering in redesigning all of their digital touchpoints with a focus on striking the right balance between brand and performance. In addition, I helped serve as a Commerce subject matter expert, coaching a team of UX and Visual Designers distibuted across North America on SAP Commerce (Hybris) and offshore handoffs as we rebuilt the experience from the ground up.
