Led a globally distributed UX team to develop the foundation for 16 responsive sites across 3 high-end, luxury fashion retail brands on a single code base. Each brand has control of its own unique look and feel, with features like automated returns, social shopping, made-to-order product configurators, toggled on or off depending on the brand requirements.
In addition, consulted client design teams on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware), responsive design, usability and commerce best practices as they applied a design language to each brand.
