Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners, defense, space and security systems, and service provider of aftermarket support. They approached us for a discovery phase of work to define what an “airline operator of the future” should be.
My role was to partner directly with a tight-knit group of stakeholders across their Consumer, Commercial, and Governmental aviation divisions alongside a cross-functional account team to develop an extensive cross-channel experience stategy to transform the way airline operators worldwide receive training and materials from the origial equipment manufacturer through the “MyBoeingFleet” portal.
I designed and developed a clickable set of prototypes that were rapidly iterated upon throughout the engagement and presented as a proof-of-concept to executive stakeholders, which helped set the stage for several steps and investments needed to get there from an opertational, technical and business perspective.
